QuickDrop provides same-day courier and delivery services for businesses and individuals. Services are subject to availability, location, and operational conditions.

2. Prohibited Items

Customers may not ship illegal, hazardous, restricted, or prohibited items. This includes but is not limited to illegal substances, explosives, firearms, and other items restricted by local, state, or federal law. QuickDrop reserves the right to refuse any shipment.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

- Providing accurate pickup and delivery information

- Proper packaging of items

- Ensuring items are lawful and safe to transport

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as traffic, weather, road conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery timelines.

5. Liability

QuickDrop is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage resulting from circumstances outside our control. Liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the delivery service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Payment

Payment terms, rates, and applicable fees will be communicated at the time of service. Additional charges may apply for wait time, extra stops, oversized items, or special handling.

7. Cancellations

Cancellations may be subject to fees depending on timing and driver dispatch status.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall QuickDrop be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

QuickDrop reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
